G Rich! I made your beef stew for the first time; and decided to follow your recipe to the team. I am Jamaican, and my Southern Texas husband said it was really good. It lasted for 4 days! It was really good. Thank you so much

You can use red wine or beer. When they reach boiling point, the alcohol content is literally burned out of the food. So, once your food reaches 170-175 Degrees F, it is completely safe for toddlers to consume.

If you wanted the richness of the wine taste go ahead and use it!! Even w the little ones!! The alcohol cooks out at in 20/30 mins at like 175/180° F. Use a red wine u would like to drink. Never use that cooking wine stuff 🀒. Stew looks delicious w/o it but just wanted 2 let u know!!
