I made this and then had to refrigerate it for a day. I didn’t brown the cheese before cooling it. Can I heat it through under pressure (if so, how long) and then brown the too to serve? Thanks in advance!!

Wow. Thank you for being so organized. I loved going to your website & printing the recipe. Sometimes people write out the recipes underneath the video & then you have to copy it if you want it that bad. I’m also glad you have a website I can go to instead of having to go to Facebook. Believe it or not, some people don’t like going to Facebook because then a lot of people you’re not crazy about corresponding with start to pester you about being friends. I’m a recluse & like it that way! But, I digress. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. I’ve been watching you for a while & knew I could count on you to have a lasagna recipe for the I-pot. PS. Your son was so cute being the taste tester.

Hello! I am a new subscriber, and I enjoy and learn from your videos.
I have owned an Instantpot Duo 80 for I think about two years, and I love it, and use it almost daily, if for nothing else but cooking oats or grits for breakfast, and I love experimenting with it, and I still have much to learn…that's what makes it fun!
Something that I have learned on my own, and haven't seen mentioned on YT so far…I discovered that many lids for stovetop pots most of us already own will fit vessels without lids, as in the Fatdaddio cake pan in this video, as well as (in my case 8 qt.) Instantpot inner liner.
Also, I just recently purchased the Instantpot Silicone Trivet, and find it's much handier than the supplied steel trivet, and also has long, flexible handles that work great for hoisting hot containers out of the cooker, something I have always struggled with. Reasonably priced at Amazon for $8.95.
Thanks for all of your efforts!

Ordered and received my pan from Amazon and it is really a well made pan. Thanks for recommending. I made the lasagna and it was good. I think I may have to add a few more minutes to insure the cheese firms. It is so nice to make this portion as I usually make a large pan and share. Thank you for this recipe. Love the spinach and mushrooms.
