    Tip for the coconut cream-

    Open the cold tin can at the bottom and then all the water will pour out and only the solid cream will remain in the tin.

    People will kill me for this, BUT, I keep wondering if we (keto vegan people out there) could actually put gluten into the recipe to make a batter rise like bread, or cake ? I'm wondering if you've experimented with this because vegans eat gluten as "seitan" which is pure gluten (aka wheat protein) and it is that protein that gives bread it's elasticity and ability to rise. It could be a fun experiment

Am I right in saying the flour used & lack of eggs & sugar would not be strong for fruit? Please help if u know of way 2 make dark rich fruit cake WITHOUT ALL THE NAUGHTY BUTS, BUT STILL TASTE GREAT.
