New subscriber here…thank you for the noodle recipe. It would be awesome if you did a new video making the sauce and cooking the noodles at same times then plating it. YUMMM! Also I wonder if after making the noodles(not cooked) if can freeze them to later use? TYFS and have a great weekend!

I did something wrong. This was AWFUL. Texture was bad and flavor was not so great. BUT…I love the video and totally dig that you don't have a backstory about your mom, on a boat, in the wild sea, while missing muffins. Thanks for being straightforward! I'll try again…😁

The 2nd time ibtried your recipe, i decided to store the pasta in ghe freezer for like 2 days, i boiled them for 2-3 minutes, and the pasta and the water became so jelly, like the egg white, i dont know what went wrong.

How do you end with 2 net carbs? Does protein negate carbs? I've been doing keto for a few months but I've never heard of that being the case. Maybe you just didn't put in the fiber or something in the description?

I just made this and they were great!  It worked better on the fettuccini setting on my elderly pasta maker than the spaghetti setting.  All it needed was a little cheese …they were even good plain!

I made this one, I think I rolled it a little too thick, but it's definitely better than making a thin sheet of cream cheese and egg mix that I've made in the past. I'm gonna trying the dry method next. I should probably get a pasta machine.

This is the first recipe I've seen where the ingredients weren't unreasonable, and hard to find. I was price gouged for my psyllium husk though 15 dollars, apparently I could have got almost 4 times more for the same price.

Made the noodles and it reminded me of Cream of Wheat. Looked like it too. Kind of OK but it needs a great sauce to get rid of that breakfast cereal feeling. Decided on Ragu Bolognese from scratch. If that doesn't do the trick nothing will. I will call it, "Ragu Bolognese ala Cream of Wheat"
