I noticed you didn't put in oil or butter. Most almond or coconut flour bread recipes have too much oil for my taste, I'd rather butter my bread after it's cooked.
    What is the vinegar for?

Really love this recipe and makes it so nice that you don't need any special equipment to make them, even though I loved that gadget you used when you made the first ones!

Elsie, do you have a favorite of your various flours for bagels? I tried making sunflower seed flour, and while I used a freshly opened package, the resultant product tasted "off," so I think the seeds may have been rancid, even though they tasted fine fresh out of the bag.
Sesame tends to have too strong a taste for me. This almond flour looks good, but does it bake up like a bagel in texture, or is it more the shape with an almond flour bread texture?
