I love them so much. In Osaka there was a restaurant that had portions of 10 or 20 gyoza. I thought if I order 20 they will laugh at the me for being a hungry big gayjin 🤣 until this tiny Japanese lady ordered 20 for herself with a large pint of beer. From then on it was 20 for me too 😉 comfort food at its best

Why are Gyoza's just fried at the bottom and steamed but not deep fried or simply steamed?
