Natasha I have been make these since I was 13 years old and I must say I am a pro at it at age 55😄. You did an awesome job making this pinetart, better than some Guyanese who would treat the pastry like dough flour and knead it instead of bringing together. I approve.
One more thing, did you use canned or fresh pineapple? Or does it even matter what kind you use?
