This recipe worked for me..didnt have gf flour so made a blend with rice flour 2.5/sweet rice flour1/tapioca flour1 and added xanthan gum. Used a loaf pan.
Worked great I used Za'taar on top tasted like the garlic breads you get at restaurants. I opted to slice it into pieces after it was done then toasted them a bit more (mine were kinda wet inside still).

The fact that it is vegan (I saw a lot of recipes in my "research" that weren't) is a big plus, you might want to put that in the title to reach more people 🙂

I made this and I think I need to practice as it came out quite wet in the middle. I need proper weighing things as I may have put a little too much water in for the yeast? It still came out lovely though so I’ll def be making it again x
