That was horrible , disaster , ugly recipe I ve ever made , first of all why you did not mention the exact amount of Sugar ? she said some sugar .. why you said tow cups of Flour and to me it was only 2 table spoon mixed with 2 egg yolks ? result was terrible , just sad for my time and ingredients …….
I used coconut oil and Trader Joe's gluten free flour and it came out very oily likw another comment and when it was done sank to about an inch tall. What flour brand did you use?

CAn I cut down the sugar – let´s say to 50 g? (Plenty of sweetness from apples and almond flour… or the amount is necessary because of structure…?

There was no measurement for the sugar and I’m guessing that towards the end it was 2 tablespoons of sugar not 2 cups
