My family loves my fideo sopa I put a little more of a twist on my recipe instead of using caldo de pollo cubes I use tomate cubes and add a can of rotel in my soup mix. I also use the different style of pasta to change it up then serve it with shredded cheese on top. Yes this is a cheap way of making a good sopa for the family
