WHAT ELSE CAN BE USED INSTEAD OF A HAM BONE CAUSE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THAT.
Can I use smoked Turkey instead of Ham. I tasted smoked Turkey and it tastes like ham.
Ok, here we go! Time for some chippity chopp'n, doin it!
That’s it wow
Can I just add ham in by issue I threw my bone out
It’s missing a lot for me. I need bay leaves in mine
Thank you so very much for the recipe for split pea soup, it was delicious and at last someone that gets to the point without distracting music and someone giving instructions as if we are all imbeciles and giving us space to use our imagination, do not take notice of the negative nellies, they are just being nasty and not worth a 2nd thought
I substitute the water and use fresh chicken soup broth for a more flavorful soup. Otherwise the rest is same as yours. Thanks
oh yum
WHY SALT??
Printable version would be great!
Why fry the onion when it cooks in the boiled water?
I give it a……. C+
You forgot onions and Celery
This is what I'm looking for – the recipes from 10+ years ago.
What a bunch of negative nellies on here 😂
I've never had ham and split pea soup in my life- but I don't want a bunch of ingredients in it.
This is perfect. I'm going to attempt to make this right now.
Ummm carrots ?
A can of chicken stock makes it even better. Just 1 can thought.Stock, not broth don't need extra salt..
That’s gonna be a Bland ass soup. Pinch of salt and no other seasoning!
Where's the garlic and carrots???
This recipe sucks. Sorry to say it, but it should be removed immediately . What about the carrots, celery, and garlic? Don't make trash videos guys thanks.
Pinch? Or Punch of salt ?
I use potato in lieu of milk. It's just as creamy and delicious, and less fattening.
Looks delicious. My great-grandmother's favorite soup.
… pre ground pepper??? Don't do that again, ever.
