Gina, I made this tonight and the chicken and sweet peppers turned out really well. My potatoes I put in the skillet, but were barely cooked. I had to take them out and put them in the microwave.
It could be because I wasnβt sure about the timing of the recipe. However, my husband and I enjoyed the meal. Any suggestions for me??

I started using the mini sweet peppers recently, I cut them up along with onion cooked them and use in my scrambled eggs. I will be roasting them, they are good.
