Hi, the Instant Pot has a pressure cooking setting, that is the one that I will use for this tuff cut. It will pressurize without the danger of exploding on you like a normal pressure cooker. It really looks delicious, only if I can handle the spiciness. Thank you for sharing

Iโ€™ve been looking for some recipes to copy you guys and I went to the Jamaica store yesterday and got a red snapper stewing chicken, scotch bonnet, peppers, walkerswood jerk sauce that I got some smoked turkey necks and some greens but I donโ€™t see you guys using very many call a greens or turnup greens and Iโ€™m trying to take a piece of this and a piece of that and make something good. My dad loves fish, but my mom canโ€™t have seafood anymore, my mom loves spicy so Iโ€™m trying to make a dish for both of them. Do you have any ideas what I can do with that stewing chicken and that red snapper Iโ€™m gonna look at the list hopefully I can find something. Love you guys blessings I love your orders, just love peace joy, family coming from a single father of a young lady. Thereโ€™s nothing better than a daughterโ€™s love forher father to me.

Sasha, itโ€™s not a pot issue, itโ€™s a time issue. I use the preset meat button for this kind of meat. Itโ€™s approximately one hour to start; sometimes it is 90 mins.

You have to make sure it's set to "Pressure Cook"; I don't think the setting was correct. The instantpot can pressure cook, slow cook, or cook like on a stove top. If you didn't have to release pressure, you didn't have the setting correct.
