love all of your recipes. Living in Australia now there aren't many Bangladeshi restaurants and even less BIR ones, so learning how to cook this style of Indian food is great. There's a guy here that used to run a British style Balti restaurant, but he retired and now runs just a food van. Apparently, he's the brother of the guy that owns what was my local Indian restaurant in Wolverhampton lol.

Big admirer of this channel and I'm sure the recipe is delicious as always, but I think you might want to take another look at the colour balance in these recent videos. For some reason they're coming out extremely dark – for example, the fresh coriander at 3:00 comes across as dried, and the finished pakora has the appearance of being slightly burned, even though I'm sure that's not the case. Hope you can get it sorted, and looking forward to more of these home style recipes in future!
Small point, while putting egg into batter mix, you said vegans can leave out the egg, ! Vegans also need to leave out the fish ! Just a small point.
