Omg i wanna thank you so much for sugesting potato starch as an alternative my little sister has a fairly severe corn allergy that has been getting worse. This made her feel so seen. She is actually crying a little bit.
We have been wondering if potato starch would be an equivalent alternative and hearing someone else mention it is weirdly relieving 😅.

I would use 2 teaspoons of soy sauce it will male you sick and gassy to use tablespoons

So I made this for dinner tonight trying to be a bit healthy. To be honest the flavor was there because Tofu picks up whatever u put on it, but overall it was kinda mid.

Yeah, you saved the day with this one. Bogo deal on the tofu, got 2. Failed miserably trying to pan fry the first block, had to toss it. Found this, didnt need to pan fry (no oil) and it was quick. Wish I could post a picture of it but it turned out great, thank you so much

390 degrees for ~7 minutes shake then ~5 minutes.
Cornstarch isn't healthy at all. I thought you'd use coconut flour lol
