Too much talking. I don’t want to know how what’s on the market and how it is made. I want to know how to make homemade cream cheese… I do like the recipe and excited to make.

I kind of laughed because I was watching you and I wondered aloud to myself, "What about Greek Yogurt?" …and then you addressed that….too funny on the timing….
    Thanks!

Mrs. Mary I could watch you all day! You are a phenomenal women I love how you get down in the kitchen. I usually make my cream cheese using the lemon juice and I have no doubt this is the better way. I thank you for sharing all of these great nutritional meals and ways to prepare food for our families. Be blessed and safe!

Great video! Just a couplel questions, if I may: does it taste like commercial cream cheese, and could it be made from homemade yogurt (which is made from milk plus a tablespoon or two of cultured yogurt? Thanks!

I just found your channel – and I love it. Clever, creative and down to earth. I am a little confused about adding the salt to the recipe. You say in an answer to put it into the mold. Do I mix the teaspoon of salt into the curds and then pour into the mold – or what. ? x

Thanks for sharing. My favorite way is to mix cream cheese with whipped cream and a little vanilla extract. My father's version also adds some sugar but that makes it too sweet for me to enjoy these days. The older I've gotten the less I tolerate sugar so I have to reduce or eliminate it in all of the recipes I loved in my younger days. Put on a graham cracker pie crust. Can be eaten as is or top with fruit or pie filling. My father's was topped with cherry pie jelly and maraschino cherries. Daniel doesn't like cherries so I tend to leave as is or top with strawberries or apples. He complains less doing his school work in the morning than he does in the afternoon and evenings.

dear Mary, i wonder what happens when you leave the cream cheese more than two weeks in the fridge, does it mold or is it evolving into a different edible product, please enlighten me?
