Looking good! I wonder if it would be better to put crab inside of lobster tail while lobster sits on top. It's like using all of the lobster instead of balancing all of it on top? I might try that. Thanks for the ideal.

this looks so delicious! …buuut unfortunately I am allergic to crab meat (strangely enough, no other shellfish, JUST crab meat *specifically*) but maybe I could give this a go with imitation crab meat or something like that
