    Enough water to cover the bones

    Start to rest the bones in water changing occasionally until the water become clear.
    Place the bones in an instant pot, add 1-2 tbs apple cider vinegar, and cover the bones with fresh water.
    Turn the handle on sealing position after lock the lid then set it for 1.30 hours on low pressure.
    After done cooking wait for the valve go down, turn the handle on venting position then open slowly away from your face.
    Wait for it to get completely cool down, then cover the pot and place it in the fridge overnight.
    The next day the top will be covered with beef fat. You can either keep the fat for soups, stews to use it later or dispose of it. (It's totally up to you)
    You will have a delicious gelatin under the beef fat.
    Place them in any container by portion then freeze.
    Whenever you want it, take it out then use it.
