You are my go to but I find often written instructions say something different. Instructions say bay leaf which you didn’t mention and you said 2 tablespoons of parsley while written says 3. Does bay leaf make a difference?

It was better than Panera which my kids asked me to buy from several days ago. Thank you.
Your cook lesson is very easy and clear to follow, even for Dad who doesn't know much about American food. I used olive oil instead of Butter and it was still good.

Hi Rachel, I hope you can see this message after a year of the video. I need an alternative for this soup, my husband likes his chicken noodle soup thick, can I just reduce the amount of chicken broth or add some corn starch perhaps? 😁

I'm sick and made myself this soup for lunch and it's so wonderful 😭 My first time ever making chicken noodle soup from scratch or cooking with ginger, parsley, or celery! Super easy to follow, thank you!

I made this tonight for the first time and it’s so delicious! I used the Swanson low sodium chicken broth and added in about 1 tablespoon of salt. I added in little by little as she said to and thought 1 tblspn was enough. The ginger definitely gives the soup more flavor and I would not forget that for this recipe. For the chicken, I just purchased a rotisserie chicken from Sam’s and cut it into pieces and add to the soup, it tastes delicious!!
