    I love King Arthur Flour’s recipes! I always use their pizza dough recipes!Among others (popovers, about any of the sourdough discard recipes). He was so funny with the cat at the end!

    Also – 1) Prior to cooking, put the pan on the stovetop and crank the heat until the cheese at the edges begins to bubble. 2) Add more cheese to the edges. 🙏

    I made this pizza tonight, it was awesome. Very close to our own regional Detroit style pizza. One thing that I would note is that if using homemade sauce, either cook it down so it is thick or don't add any cheese over top the sauce. My sauce was still quite wet and and it stayed pretty wet.
