What makes this keto!? Doing it wrong?
NFM as far as I know it’s just bone broth 🤦‍♂️ is this a way to feel validated about a chosen diet?
Maybe your next video should be a keto avocado or egg, maybe even some keto milk… shock the world with your recipes and wisdom 😂

… you need a lot of practice in making a video about making food. Explain all
your process. Most people are going to think you need to boil and discard the water before roasting.
And I’m not sure why, but you miss a few steps, and I’m unsure why you leave them out…

Seeing a lot of misleading information in the comments. Just a friendly reminder to please do you own research and don't believe everything you read online 🙏…
    1. Not all tap water is equal. Obviously Flint water is not the same as say every other city in the US. In some cases tap water is fine. Do your own research on your city and neighborhood.
    2. Instant pots do not leach lead into your food LOL. I've read about some having trace amounts in the heating element but that will have zero impact on the food you consume. There is an FDA for a reason.
    3. Highly doubt roasting bones in the oven for 20 minutes results in high Acrylamide levels. Please state your sources.
    4. blanket absolute statements are often misleading. The world is not black and white, and neither is your health.

I add a tablespoon of bacon fat to my bone broth. I also don't boil my bones. If you simmer them, you won't get any scum and froth at all. Roast 'em first, or saute them, and put them on a very low simmer. I just got an instant pot, so I really want to see how it compares to doing it over night. I also love making pork bone broth, and I add an onion with dried mushrooms and some tamari. Yes. so very, very delicious.

I am wanting to do a fast for a few days with the bone broth. So, would I just make it like you did at the end and have 2 or 3 a day? Trying to figure out the best way to do a fasting with this and what the benefits would be of doing it.

Do you get Diarrhea if you drink that? I've been on a Carnivore diet for 8 months. I'm pretty sure I would get Diarrhea if I drank that much bone broth. Just wondering if others are like me.

“Cringe!!!!” When u poured all the boiled water down the drain, girl! Liquid gold wasted, try roasting the bones at 400 for 20-30 min n THEN put it to cook in the water, they will boil there, no need to do first boil. This is an older video so hopefully u have learned a more efficient way by now👍🏼
