I think better to cook the beef first, make it tender. then nxt the vegetable, dont over cook.

I eliminate the corn, I’ve learned it comes out as it went in 😌 so I add green beans & red & yellow sweet peppers. Actually you can’t go wrong adding anything from the garden to the Beef Stew. Making mine right now in the crockpot after I cooked the beef all night. Minus 2 this morning so this will be so delicious later. I use every thing fresh, tasty 😋
