    Lose the chicken skin, it's all fat and tastes terrible unlike fried chicken. The idea is healthier than deep fried. And, these cookers are fast. Good demo though, looks like it came out good.

    I was with you right up to the time I realized you were using a stove top pressure cooker. I'm just wondering why anyone would still be using those when electric ones are so much easier and now very cheap to buy.
