    Cheese was hard being from the Midwest but I moved to South Korea (which doesn't produce but only imports cheese so it was super expensive) and found I could live without. In America again now but I love a simple, clean, stretchy mozzarella I use on pizza or lasagna. Uses just cashews, water, acv, lemon juice, salt, and tapioca starch. It is so good and allows me to mostly avoid the processed vegan cheeses now.

    Erin, there are so many people that are looking for ways to clear out their lungs _ I know WATERCRESS can help, but never see it in our stores _ found a book by: " Dr. Thomas E. Levy MD that tells about a NEBULIZER handheld device ( sort of looks like a " oil defuser/ inhaler ), that he puts food grade Hydrogen Peroxide ( 3% ) in mixed with distilled water _ but all the portable handheld nebulizer's on Amazon have bad ratings about batteries not working __ was wondering if you have read any of his books & if you would do a video about it & hopefully be able to give your viewers a link on where to get a handheld nebulizer that is not too costly ?? This Dr. also says " Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C is the best _ would you know of a good ORGANIC BRAND, Erin ? So many of us want to protect our shelves & AVOID a dangerous shot ! Luc Montagnier a french " Virologist " says people who get vaccinated ( for the dangerous virus ) will die within 2 yrs. __ due to " Antibody – Dependent enhancement.

    My fav cheese sauce is 50%carrots 50%potatos (steamed), onion, garlic and nutritional yeast to flavor! Add enough water to blend 😉

    Would you do insta stories or a vid on how to eat oil free with things at the grocery store? It’s easy with making your own food but the package food every dang thing i pick up on the shelf has oil! I know you like Mary’s crackers that’s about it for companies I know 😂 this was such a helpful video!! Love it!!

    Almost anything can be veganized but can I make a confession? I've been vegan since 1990 but I have to say that I miss cottage cheese. I know it's not the healthiest but I'd love to find a delicious vegan version. I've tried making it myself- and I know that there are no commercial options out there. The problem with me is that I want it to taste EXACTLY as I remember it. I won't die it I never eat again but just had to make that confession. 😁
