I’m confused. He doesn’t use a roasting pan when he makes turkey but a rack on top of a half sheet Pan. Is the half sheet pan deep enough to make the gravy?

I go in quite the opposite direction, to introduce *contrast*.
Making turkey gravy from pan drippings is like putting sugar on honey.

I am so confused, his turkey recipe is with a flat pan, not a roasting pan. This will be my 3rd year making the turkey using his recipe but I wanted to try his gravy this year. Maybe I can scrap the fat pan drippings into another pan, anyone else done this?
