What other meals do you cook other then chicken? its my least favorite meat… you have half a cow and pig what do you do with that?
When cooking from frozen…what do you do for spices and the giblets? Set timer for 2 hrs first, season/pull giblets and then finish?

Strange – I've taken a fully frozen 4 lb. chicken and it cooked tender, falling off the bone, in 45 minutes. Done this several times.

Something else you can do is clean a few potatoes and throw them in the pot, too (on top of the chicken). In 60 minutes, they'll be soft & yummy. Then, I just heat up some veggies & YAY! Easy, yummy dinner! 🙂

We don’t have electric instant pots where I live but use regular pressure cookers on the stove pretty much the same way. One way to make a meal is put the chicken (I prefer without the skin) with tomato sauce, potatoes carrots red and green peppers garlic and any condiments you prefer and cook everything together for 30 minutes. Sometimes I add peas when its done. So delicious. No need for side dishes. Maybe salad for greens
