Vegan egg looks good! I would also add kala namak salt to give it that eggy flavor. I usually do it with scrambled tofu, definitely trying your recipie.

Vegan eggs, this is brilliant, I actually have the beans bought a while ago for making an Indian dish and all the other ingredients, so I will try this because the brand is too expensive. Thank you for making it on camera for the first time.

Sounds great. Have to go shopping. I've only tried garbanzo flour omelets, and scrambled tofu. Pretty good, so time to try something new. Thanks for trying this with us watching… brave girl. Lol.

This looks good. I saw it on the Edgy Veg channel and wondered about how it would turn out without oil. Thanks for answering that question 😁. All the best to you!!!

Vegan Eggs! 🌱 🥚 Yum! Thanks so much for this recipe! I love JUST Egg products, but know they’re not Starch Solution compliant, so I’m super excited to try this out! I wonder if you could blend a big batch & freeze it in smaller portions? Or just freeze the soaked mung beans to use when you’re ready to cook? Lots to play around with! 😂 🥳👍
