Hi Latif, thanks for the great vid!

Can you tell me why you add the garam masala right near the end of the cooking and not with the turmeric, chili etc?

    Thanks 🙂

Always love your recipes, hey I notice you leave out your base gravy when making vegan dishes….I am vegan, and when I make my base gravy I make a cashew cream, simply done, and substitute it in the base gravy recipe, works perfectly, and now any recipe could be vegan…and hey how about some tofu substitutions for some of your dishes for protein? any way thank you so much!!!

I make my own chickpea curry, this looks way better. That Chunky Chat looks like one of those definitely secret ingredients. awesome — i've taken to using cardamom powder in curries as my daughter doesn't like accidently biting into them,.. except in rice, where you can pick them off the top. I made a mushroom biryani and channa dahl tonight — you've shown me many great tips, my indian cooking is now very accomplished… and it helps living in East London with access to one of the best cash and carry in the country for Indian ingredients 🙂
