    My mother used to make fried salt pork and cabbage many many years ago. 😆
    She also made fried salt pork, fried apples, eggs and biscuits for breakfast.
    It sure is good watching a young woman cook with the same foods that my mother used to cook with years ago.😊

    I was always afraid to try & cook a whole slab but wanted to. I don’t know where to buy it? Where did you get pork belly cut in strips like that? Is that the same as bacon? It look sooo good I’ve got to find it. 😁💞
