    As far as the meat temperature of ham it’s not important for safety since ham is cured and may be eaten prior to cooking in a crockpot or anything else for that matter.
    So you don’t need your thermometer for ham.

    Next time could you put time stamps on video if your going to ramble and have a whole conversation before actually instructing the actual cooking process. Please. Would help.i dont care about history of ham, your family, what they eat, or any of that.
