    I made your recipe and added celery diced with the carrots as well as diced red potatoes. I cooked it the rest of way as you indicated and then added a Sherry finish! OMG excellent!!! It is only 35 degrees and will be 29 degrees tonight in Washington, DC. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe. It will make a nice Advent dinner with crusty bread.

    Thank you so much for a scrumptious looking soup, I'll be making it in next few days, as here in Canada its been a deep freeze of 43 below with wind chill factored in! I can't stand it anymore and I need this stick to the ribs kinda soup for sure! Thanks for another winner!! ❤
