Did you use the entire bag of beans? Also, do you think smoked sausage would work? I plan to use a bone-in ham.
Thank you for your help Ms.Kiya NOW! I'm used to using a slow cooker and haven't had the opportunity to experience a pressure cooker with the 15 bean soup. I'm sure it'll turn out just fine. I too, choose not to use the flavor packet. Adding your own seasoning gives you a sense of authenticity, so to speak.:)

I JUST made this! It is incredible! Omitted the celery, tomato paste and the tomatoes/chilis. Subbed chopped fire roasted tomatoes, chilis separately.
Don't forget to edit your recipe in the comments to include the tomato paste ๐
