    in answer to the belly fat questions, i find the only way some of us can lose weight is eating starch solution fifty fifty plate, half no starch veg and half starch…..adding fat and too much protein, even tofu, can keep you fat…i found that the mcdougall way really helped, plant based with nuts and seeds, is still fat….just because they don't include oil , its still fattening for some of us…..hope this is helpful, God bless
