I'm curious, is there anything else that is traditionally served on the side with this? Does it ever involve meat, or any other fruit or vegetable? I would make this in a heartbeat, although I would have to go easy on the rice (my husband is diabetic) and I'd probably add a little fruit on the side.

You speak like a natural English speaker! 😀 I used to eat at Korean restaurants before the coronavirus, and we always get served with egg soup. I've always wondered how it's made — until I watched this video. Didn't know it was super easy to do! Thank you for this! 🙂 New subbie here.

I dont like fish taste, not common for koreans but we are out there. So i put water, sesame seed, sesame oil, soy sauce, green onion. If im lazy i will just microwave it, not as good as when its cooked over a stove but pretty good.
