everything is chemicals. water is a chemical.
Helpful? But tenderizer be is chemicals, water is a chemical.
Thanks for the advice. 😃
how long does it marinate with Worcehestershire or wine?
Why not put a little pineapple juice on it? I heard people use kiwis too.
Racism is the reason people think MSG is bad https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/how-msg-got-a-bad-rap-flawed-science-and-xenophobia/ which, in turn, is the reason why so many people are worried about "chemicals" in food in the US. Everything you can touch is a chemical. People are overly paranoid and interpret the word "chemical" to be equivalent to the word poison. The FDA ensures that what's available to most consumers in the US is safe to eat. This includes MSG. The most dangerous chemicals in food is added sugar followed by trans fats. Everything else is fine in moderation unless you have a specific allergy.
Thanks! I always thought that tenderizer was just another seasoning
BEDDAH Wiiine 🙂
I pounded it, sprinkled meat tenderizer on it, and marinated my beef chunks in worcestershire and soy sauce overnight and it was still tough. I don't know what else to do.
Reminds me of Sal Vulcano
thanks for that.
Terrible video. There's no information about time, volume of tenderizing fluid, and there is no explanation of the connection between the showing of the meat in pot at the end to the previous part of the video.
Wosrcheshire sauce may work for certain dishes ….but it is such an overpowering flavor….it would mess with many spice profiles…
Yeah see – I was looking for COOKING tips to get it tender. Not pre-cooking-caked-in-crap methods.
Everything is chemicals
There was more information on meat tenderizer than anything. Could of been much more informative instead of infomercial on tenderizer.
Short but quite informative. Thanks.
Now how long do you marinade the worcester in the meat for?
