    All my Chemo is done & I am cancer free!!! I wish their was a Penzy's near me here in Utah. I also took your grocery advice & park near a cart corral & I do use your mom's list. Do you have one for cleaning? I am taking this Thanksgiving off with my Thyroid cancer issues so my brother & I drove 10hrs to my parents in Albq, NM to spend time with them, all my grandparents & extended family I have never met. I've never made a gingerbread house before so I may do this for Christmas this year! I don't blame you for not liking frosting because I don't either. My brother works for the factory that makes the frosting for Dunkin donuts so he smells like them 5days a week 🤢 It's so wonderful that you have grown last year from 187,000 subscribers to 392,000! 🥳

    Becky I love your channel. I have watched you a long time. I was excited to watch this video, just watched two others today. Anyway, my heart has been broken. I had no idea that a spice company named Penzeys was and can be in business. I excitedly went over to order from them, trying to see if there were stores in Colorado. But then I saw the topic of Republicans across the top and wondered what Republican spices were? Imagine my heartache that a company that you are advertising on a video is prejudice and hateful towards a political party. I am not a Republican. But 50% of my loved ones are. This business is unbelievable in alienating human beings who are Americans. Shame on them! I will never order from them and am so distressed that a company like this is featured in your precious videos. You don't promote hate. But they do!

    Love watching you and your mom. And SO jealous of the Penzey shopping trip. I always get jealous of what you have available in the Pacific Northwest and then I have to remind myself that I live 60 minutes away from Napa. LOL

    Omg! Tell your mom the sausage seed is fennel not cumin. Looks similar but tastes very different!

    Thanks for another holiday meal video! Love the content with you and your mom. Watching it while doing my own holiday meal prep.

    I’ve raised so many chickens. One time we had 75! For moulting: go to the grocery and ask for pet scraps in the produce section. Free food and great nutrients! They usually snap right out of it.

    Prep Time 15 mins Cook Time
    35 mins Total Time 50 mins

    Ingredients:
    * 1 ½ cups steamed broccoli florets roughly chopped
    * 1 6.5 oz container light garlic-herb spreadable cheese i.e. Boursin or Alouette
    * 4 large eggs
    * ½ cup butter melted
    * 1 small sweet onion finely diced
    * 2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese divided
    * 1 8.5 oz box cornbread mix [Martha White or Jiffy]
    * ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    * ½ teaspoon dry mustard
    * ¼ teaspoon onion powder

    Instructions:
    * Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 11 x 7 inch (2 Quart) baking dish. Set aside.

    * In a mixing bowl, mix together, the steamed broccoli, garlic-herb cheese spread, 4 eggs, melted butter and finely diced onion until blended.

    * Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cornbread mix and seasonings. Stir until combined.
    * Pour into the prepared dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
    * Place into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and you see moist crumbs on a toothpick inserted into the center.
    Notes:
    If you'd like to spice up the flavor, add 1-2 tsp. creole seasoning and a sprinkle of cayenne in place of the garlic and onion powder. You can also add 6-8 oz. cubed ham or cooked spicy sausage for a twist.
