Hello Eya. While searching various websites and videos to determine boil time, most say 3-5 minutes. Some state to boil 3 minutes for small potatoes and up to 10 minutes for whole russet potatoes. Your video says 5 minutes. What is your opinion on the boil time based on the size and cut of the potatoes? Thank you!

When you boiled the potato, do you put salt or vinegar or lemon juice in it? Or just boiled for 5 minutes and move it to ice cold water? Thank you so much

Thank you so much Eya! I buy potatoes and they start sprouting and going bad every time, I'm going to start doing this, i dont like the bagged french fries because they have so much added oil, this way i can make them with the skin on which is healther. I love the idea of using the apple tool to cut them too! ❤

Very good tips! I harvested my potatoes from my vegetable garden and I want to freeze them too! Just a quick question, Do you need to freeze them on a tray first or can I also put them straight in to zip-lock bags? My freezer is very small so a regular baking tray won't fit haha!

It would be great if you could do videos on other vegetables that can be frozen as well please.

This is brilliant it's costing me almost Aud$5 a kilo now for spuds at the supermarket. In fact its around $1 min for a single spud depending on size. I just found 6 kilo bags at costco the other day. Which equates to $1.30 per kilo. Onions were in a similar category of price too. This is brilliant though.

I am part Irish and I love my potatoes. Thank you so much for this video. I am definitely going to try this. I always buy a big bag of potatoes and can never finish them all. This is awesome.

So are these fully cooked? Like, after I freeze them, could I simply just microwave them with my chicken and veggies and they’d be good to go? Or do you have to cook them again once you pull them out of the freezer
