Where I live it's so hard to ask them to make something plant based, I'd rather go straight to a plant based restaurant rather to just a random place. People can be really rude and sneak in meat even on sauces or cheeses even on salads which is such a bummer. Better go to a vegan resturant or eat at home lol nothing could beat that the healthiest choice you can make, cook it yourself. Even vegan resturants they over do it with oils and salt and I end up feeling fatter and with constipation due to salt. Sooo I insist, eat at home and learn how to make bento which is a boxed meal you can bring along if you must go out.

Generally as a trader we have seen lots of up and down when it comes to investing as a whole, but making a smart move by investing in a profitable way is what we should focus on. For me cryptocurrency mostly bitcoin still remain my best and only area of investment interest…. However i have been able to find a loophole ever since i got into day trading properly backed up with signals and guidance provided by pro trader Andrew Robson. In 8 weeks i was able to grow my 0.9btc portfolio to 6.1 btc, thanks to him.—-

Please, if one feels compelled to not eat oil or nuts or avocado. If one adheres to food exclusivity suggested by Dr. Esselstyn, in my experience one if mostly limited to a mostly iceberg lettuce salad with plain vinegar and a plain, baked potato. Strictly speaking, few have other than plain, wheat pasta. Maybe put an apple or an orange or a banana in your pocket. Low sodium canned beans on the road? Free hot water and instant OK soup definitely helpful. Keeping a SPORK in you car probably beneficial. Maybe fill a very high quality vacuum flask with boiling water prior to departing. When will more hospitals adopt and recommend plant based? For visitors? For staff? For patients? If plant based is even half the panacea as presented, seems as if the load on hospital could be reduced half?
