Was just thinking you could have made some oat milk with 1 cup of your oats and 3-4 cups of water and a pinch of salt, blended and sieved. That way you could have added it to your oatmeal or your scrambled eggs, and you can still use the oat pulp afterwards in your oatmeal or even for making some cookies with either a little grated carrot, grated apple or some mashed banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon, bake at 180C/350F for around 12-15 mins, just in case you felt like a snack or a sweet treat at all.
Just wanted to add these ideas in case they're helpful to anyone reading them. πŸ™‚

Thanks for doing this, I hadn't watched you in a little while and you're so much more confident and comfortable with making videos. πŸ™‚
I was so pleased to see how much fresh produce you bought, and apart from the eggs I think this was vegan, so that's a big plus! πŸ™‚ Would you consider doing a vegan one sometime?

I also enjoy my oatmeal in the morning. I make mine as overnight oats as I prepare them the night before and I can just prep them with fruit. I can prep several days ahead this way. My husband and I love rice so I enjoy your ideas on how to create dinners with it. We don't buy a lot of meat so I really enjoy your recipes.

I can never cook lentils they're always too hard. Are they meant to be soft? I cooked them for 24 hours before in the slow cooker and was still hard 😭
