How good is Darcy, big fan. I can definitely recommend grabbing a separator funnel to get the essential oils out of your liqueurs, tinctures and essences
Keep killing it. For kosher consumers, not all liqueurs are kosher. Like Chartreuse, St. Germain, etc. Learning to recreate these will be very helpful.
Why using super juice? That's why you did not shake the cocktail?
