    Hey doc, i was going through postpartum and was looking to shed of the excess kilos through some means which is doable along with the baby chores. Accidently landed upon your video which is now a boon to me. very glad to hear you everytime. Started trf from nov – 2021 by Feb i lost around 8 kgs and 5cm of my baby pooch , post that m not loosing a gram. Can you advise what could it be?
    I am very diligently following trf 9am to 6pm and eating in calorie defeceit. One hour of walking in the morning. Have never had any cheat days till now. When I take non veg meal i wrap up my eating window with lunch. Can you help me find the reason for this plateau.

    hello Dr. Pal, i am 32 and my body weight was 259 lbs. now i am down to 243 lbs in the last 4 months just by following 7:30 am CT to 6:30 PM CT feeding schedule… thanks a lot DR.PAL. and recently i took an allergy test and i was told allergic to peanuts, soy, wheat and corn. i am a vegetarian.. what other options i have for a protein intake. Can you please suggest on some protein rich veggie foods outside of what i am allergic to 😅

    Hi Dr. Pal…thanks a lot for all your videos…which is quite enlightening and changes perspective on food. Following the intermittent fasting, I've reduced from 195 lbs to 175 lbs in three months and kind of maintaining it for more than 3 months. But I am hearing from my friends that IF will cause increase in bilirubin. Just wanted to get your opinion on this. Please advise!

    In fasting time I drink jeera and ajwain hot water it is good or bad pls suggest me

    Hi Dr Pal 👨‍⚕️, I’m from Sydney, my first meal is 10:30am and last meal at 5:30pm. My previous weight is 55kg and now 53kg and will walk for 1 hour everyday. Is that ok? I am 45 years old

    Hai Dr Pal…..my name is DENZY, I am 42…..I have been following ur Time Restricted feeding from Sun rise to sunset for the past 2 months and I got reduced from 90 to 83…I am so happy…. I tried many techniques like keto diet , exercises etc …but failed…I don't know how much I can go , but I will keep on trying until I reach 75…
    It's all because of ur motivation Dr Pal…I am doing light exercise too. Once again I thank you Dr for rescuing many confused souls like me…
