    Oh my!! Best hack ever! Thanks for sharing this stop the sugar craving idea! I just made it and it tastes like unsweetened candy. Maybe Mexican candy with no sugar flavor. I wonder why no one else has shared this awesome idea?

    There is so many things you can do with this, cinnamon, vanilla or coconut extract or even cocoa nibs if on keto of course – I started on Keto as the transition to carnivore was so much easier

    but you do know that REAL 80% or 90% chocolate is VERY good for your body? ONCE …. every month or 3 months… if you craving. Started to be MORE carnivore, just so i was eating too much bread, pasta and pizza.. i cook HOMEMADE all my food. So I decided to go back to what I was when younger… meat every meal, except I can skip one during the day and go 18 hours without eating, but drink water or tea or perrier water OUF that's a tuff one for me. I eat veggies with my meat, greens mostly. Just think what a bear, cougar, fox would eat! they love fruits too and veggies

    Good video, good idea. FYI: There's a Turkish traditional Palace Cuisine sweet dessert made out of chicken breast. Can't bother to dig up the receipt, but you'd find it.

    My cravings went away after a week or two. I eat beef and bacon and eggs. Ive also been fasting 36hrs once per week (as per Lent, which normally only prohibits eating meat products on certain days, but I just decided to turn it into a full-on water fast). My eating and apetitite cues have been correctly recalibrated, I think.

    I was so desperate just now after eating a NY strip i just ate a chunk of butter and cream cheese. Seems it's mostly quelled the craving but im struggling.

    I have had success with sweet cravings by combining a table spoon of cocoa powder (unsweetened), hot water and about 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. I add a scoop of collagen peptides. The collagen takes the slight bitterness out of the cocoa, same with black coffee and adds no taste of it’s own. Today I added an eighth of a teaspoon of vanilla. I haven’t had sugar in so long that the cream tastes sweet to me so this cup of hot chocolate is satisfying. It may not be applicable for the carnivore diet but In this case I’m doing Keto. Hope this helps someone. I get the collagen from Whole Foods, it’s in a blue container and the cocoa is from Costco.
