    I eat a "nourish bowl" everyday. I use use more fat, though, as I usually make a sauce with tahini, miso and lemon. I don't often use grains but may include some sweet potato chunks or a few spoonfuls of corn kernels. Mainly it's a multitude of vegetables including kale and a bean du jour.

    Nice job! I love to buy a bag of the chopped organic kale at my local Aldi and I’ll steam like 1/2 of the bag and keep it in the fridge to add to whatever I’m cooking throughout the week and the then the rest I save for smoothies. Or sometimes I’ll just sauté the whole bag with some onions and mushrooms and season it and keep that ready in the fridge. So helpful for getting in greens everyday!

    I keep a little container of “healthy fat” sprinkles. I do a 1:1:1 mix of hemp hearts:ground flax seeds:chia seeds. I shake it up to mix it well. When I want some healthy fat in my dish, I sprinkle a spoonful on.

    Could someone remind me? It's been a LONG time since I've cooked medium-large (about 2 per pound) whole russet potatoes in the Instant Pot. How long do I cook them (covered in water) on high pressure? Is it 7 minutes? I asked Google, but I got 50 different answers, and I can't remember what I used to do. THANKS!

    Saw you make rice like this before. Thought “Hmm, weird way to make rice.” Then heard Dr. Gregor explain how boiling rice in large amounts of water (like pasta) and then draining the water is the best way to lower the arsenic content. Now I see you do this and think “Yeah, great way to make rice!” Many thanks for the introduction to this poison-reducing technique. 🙂
