What a clown! He did all that garbage just to shock people, but if that’s how he cooks, he doesn’t know how to make sauce nor pasta. Way too much oil, way too much onion, way too much garlic, way too much salt, undercooked pasta and uses the same spoon in the sauce after he used it to taste things and he even stuck his finger in a pot of boiling water. Absolute rubbish from start to finish

The main takeaway here is to reduce the tomato sauce for far longer than you would think. You do not DROWN your pasta in sauce but use just enough to barely coat it

"Don't put olive oil in the water. It's incredibly wasteful. It's expensive."

Puts 100 ml of oil in frying pan. Also puts half a cup of salt in water.

It's funny he uses the word sofrito in an Italian recipe! By the way, tomatoes are from Mexico. What would the Italians eat if all these ingredients would never end up in their country? carrots are only used in the north of Italy so you know, if you tell an Italian from Sicily he would say to you "you are crazy"

I didnt watch a vido. I made homemade spaghetti sauce last night using fresh tomatoes and onions and bell peppers from my garden.
I added splash of worcestershire, splash of vinegar, little bit of brown sugar, salt pepper, Italian seasoning and some fresh oregano from my garden.
simmered for couple hours. Couldn't believe how good it was.
