So it wasn’t horrible but I suggest letting the pan get hot before putting the steaks in. The pan should be smoking before any oil is added. If you see that the edges are the only things getting cooked it’s a good idea to press into the middle to get that part cooked. Finally I suggest some butter, garlic, and rosemary when in the pan. 2nd times the charm.
