I love neck bones. This recipe looks delicious. And I love the skins on my potatoes as well. That tomato paste must be the trick. Great recipe thanks

I'm from Australia & NEVER had Pork Neck Bones but I LOVE eatin tender meat off of a bone so i'm makin this for sure 🙂
I once went to a Whole Lamb Spit Roast & cut off the whole neck with a hack saw to sit down & eat it,… Delicious 🙂

Did you use Smoked Neck Bones or Raw Neck Bones ? They look like Smoked Neck Bones, but it's hard to tell.
