Thanks fellas! Excellent recipe! Made it twice now. First time I tried it I got the burn message, don't know why. Second time I made sure the instant pot was good to go (sealing ring, nothing between the pot and heating element etc.). Doubled the recipe, but put the rice on top as the last thing and did not mix it in. And added a little extra broth. Came out perfect. Thanks again! My kids love it too 😃
