    My mom always made extra brown rice and barley and we had it later that night as a snack or breakfast next day, cold with milk, sugar and cinnamon…so good…

    I made some instant barley on the stovetop once and it was kind of undercooked. It sounds like the instapot is the way to go! I watch a lady called Arlene's creations and she is on the purple plan. She made some zhuchini boats with barley that looked good.
