Help to type out the basic info of the steps…
Ninja Foodi or Instant Pot:
8-qt pot:
1-1/2c water
4 artichokes (stem down in pot) (Open and clean like this – https://www.jessicagavin.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/instant-pot-artichokes-5-1200.jpg )
Add your seasoning (like: pepper and lemons I add 1/4 tsp pepper & 3 tbsp of lemon juice)
Cook Hi
Cook 20 mins then release pressure to full..
Check.. if a little under cooked you can crisp for 5 mins to help cook them a little bit more.
