    Thanks for the recipe!! I LOVE ropa vieja so much, but you MUST TRY it with this green sauce that goes with it, made from 40% parsley + 30% cilantro + 30% olive oil (YES, 30% or even more!), 1 small spicy green pepper, some salt and a LOT of lemon juice, put it all in the blender together and drench the rice with it = It's AMAZING for ropa vieja, I used to eat it all the time in a Peruvian restaurant in Maryland and I always consider that to be the best dish I've ever had in my life..
